EULA - End User License Agreement

This license agreement applies to AquaSnap Copyright 2009 Grgory Journ. All rights reserved.
Except where otherwise noted, all program data of the software AquaSnap are under the copyright of Grgory Journ.

1. The software is distributed under the free-of-charge software concept (Freeware). You are granted a license to use the software for free.

2. Licensee may not modify the files contained in the Freeware software archive in any way, or for any reason without written permission from the author. Licensee of this agreement may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of, the software.

3. This software is copyrighted. However, licensee may freely copy and share the software with others. No charge may be collected for the distribution. The files that are included in the Freeware software archive may be distributed, provided that all files are distributed together. No files in any Freeware archive may be distributed unless all files are included.

4. The software is providied "AS IS" without any warrany, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The use of this software happens on our own risk. In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

5. If any term of licence agreement named above becomes void by applicable law, this term will be excepted. All other terms of this agreement will persist.
